AIoT For Workplace Automation
An unattended dynamic environment management system is available 24/7 to help optimize the use of workplace.
Morning
• Lighting devices are automatically turned on based on the time and scenario templates
• The air conditioning system pre-runs to provide appropriate and stepped heating or cooling, which saves energy without compromising comfort.
Daytime
• The illuminance management mode enables lighting devices to adjust illuminance automatically according to the natural lighting status, reducing energy consumption and improving comfort.
• The system runs in all areas and dynamically adjusts the operating parameters based on the ambient temperature and fresh air volume to provide the best environmental comfort.
Evening
• The system runs based on environmental occupancy and personnel distribution to reduce the operating load and avoid energy waste.
Night
• Main lighting devices are turned off and emergency lights are turned on in human-sensing mode.
• The system shuts down automatically.
Conference room equipment management and control
Conference room equipment mainly includes projectors, air conditioners, computers, fluorescent lamps, curtains, energy, environmental equipment, professional equipment, access control door locks and other equipment.
In a specific period, infrared human body induction detects that someone enters the meeting room, and all equipment in the meeting room is automatically turned on.
Outside the specified period, the infrared sensor detects that there is no one in the meeting room, then all the teaching equipment will be shut down in conjunction.
Managers can also remotely turn on the teaching equipment through the mobile APP, reducing the preparation time before class and maximizing the use of class time.

AIoT For Elderly Centre Automation
Intelligent elderly care platform.
Elderly care has also entered the era of Internet of Everything. Many facilities of elderly care centre can be connected to the AIoT platform, combining Internet of Things information to create an elderly care centre with integrated services and intelligent facilities.
With gateways and smart speakers as the core, with various sensors, collect various status data of the elderly's home and send it to the cloud. There are interactions between the room, the hardware, and the elderly. Collect the data generated by the hardware, analyze, generate reports or alarms, and send the results to the corresponding client.
Healthy and comfortable living scene
The temperature, humidity, and environmental detection equipment can be linked to the central air conditioner, humidifier, and air purifier system. When it detects that the temperature and humidity are deviating from the set environmental factors, it can automatically turn on/off the air conditioner, humidifier, air purifier, and fresh air system.
AIoT For Data Centre Infrastructure Management
Data centre have become a most important part of computing infrastructures. As they evolve from centralized on-premises facilities to edge deployments to public cloud services, it’s important to think long-term about keep up with their dependability and security.
Common AIoT applications for data centre
Video Surveillance
Visible imaging cameras are most common for perimeter detection and observation. They are high resolution and often mounted to the entrance of data centre. When analytics detect unauthorized activity, the system notifies the security team.
With an AIoT control panel, users can define their custom Whitelist and Blacklist for the alerts setting. It will send an alert when someone on the list tries to enter or exit a venue.
Temperature & Humidity Monitoring
Data centre facilities operate 24/7, which creates a lot of heat and uses a large amount of energy.
Temperature control is important to prevent a data centre from overheating, to regulate equipment cooling, and to measure overall efficiency.
Temperature sensors placed in IT closets, racks mount, air conditioning intake and discharge vents can monitor heat generation and output for the air conditioning system.
Door Sensor
Door sensor will send an alert to a system admin when some body try to open a door of server rack. Also, the platform can enable a alert of non-working hour when somebody open the door, but will not send alert during working hours.
Water Leak Detection
Water leaks are perhaps the greatest danger to a server room. Regardless of whether it is a spilling air conditioner, water-cooled server rack, chiller, groundwater or pipe water harm can have painful results.
Water leak sensors detect water the AIoT platform will send an alert to the system admin so they can talk action immediately. For instance, rope sensors can be set in difficult-to-arrive at areas, for example, around each CRAC unit, under raised floors, and some other water source.
